Psst- GREAT News!

Very soon, we will be selling all the little metal fellows in these pictures and many, many more just like them.

I can't stop giggling 'cause I'm so happy and Barb just keeps shaking her head thinking about how we are going to get them all up on the website.

It's why we have been so woefully delayed in getting stuff up on the web since Cold Wars.

Coming very soon. Stay tuned. We promised the best and we meant it!

Cold Wars!!! and we are BACK

Cold Wars has come and gone and it was a GREAT show for us!
We were able to see some old friends and make some new ones. Unfortunately, the show was so busy we couldn't "get out and about" to see any games!
We are VERY grateful for all your support and are already planning and looking forward to Historicon. For those of you in the UK, the next "show" to see our product is Salute in London at the Warlord Games stand.
Since we didn't get to take any game shots, here is a quick tour of the booth:

We were very happy with how things were received-especially our new Middle Eastern stuff and the new barn. As always, very grateful for all the nice comments (and sales!) of our first figure line, the American Uncivil War. This was the first time we were able to show the entire line painted to the public. Also, really appreciate the positive response to the rules and will get them done just as soon as we can. Right now, we are targeting Historicon for release. With the response and feedback at the show, they will be publish as a book as well as a PDF. Please stay tuned.
Glad you liked the Gripping Beast Late Crusades! They are lovely models...
Still unpacking, but normal service has resumed. We are sold out of a few things, but should have full stock by the end of next week. We will also get the new items up on the website asap. Upon our return, there was a lovely big box from Warlord waiting for us, full of WW2 Poles, Roman generals, and more!
Cheers everyone and thanks again.

The Hangin' Tree kit is done and will be for sale at Cold Wars and our web site soon after. The kit includes everything except for the flock on the base- that means foliage, tree branches, base, and poor old Ned the deserter. Its part of our American Uncivil War range but can be used for just about any era really. I plan on doing one up for myself for my Peninsular games.

The Barn Is Done

We are very happy to announce our 28mm Old Barn (North American-but useful for Europe as well) is ready to be sold at Cold Wars and then on our website afterwards.

The Original model was a VERY popular Barbs Bunker item, but just casting one in resin wasn't getting the job done. It was based on a barn in NC that was built, or so they say, in 1850 something. One of the best things about the original was its board by board construction, the kind a real farmer, rather than a carpenter would do. It had see through siding and was quite well used.

To capture that in our new model, and maintain easy assembly, we had to laser cut an inner frame and then sides to get the same effect. The entire upper portion of the barn is only 10 pieces, plus 2 doors and and some stall walls. The base is in our new bubble free, ready to paint polyester resin. The tab and slot construction is very easy.

The Barn was Barb's favorite out of all the old Barbs Bunker stuff, and I must admit I was a bit nervous when I showed here the new one. She loved it. It really is nice and we are very excited about all the stuff we are planning to do this way. We have also found some more technology too...stay tuned!
Like I said above, it will be for sale at Cold Wars, price TBD, but we will calculate it before the show of course!
As usual, removable roof, full interior detail (including some horse apples!) and working doors.
